Beachfront Studio
Just 30 metres from the beach with stunning sea views over Golden Bay and a private entrance, the Studio is a purpose-built, 25 square metre addition to our home. The Studio accommodation has its own private entrance, deck and lawn. We only open the Studio once all of our villas are booked or to accommodate the third and fourth guests as part of a group staying in the villas or as a handicap-accessible accommodation.

Accessible room facilities
A comfortable sitting area opens out fully to the large outdoor deck through a bi-fold stacker door. The room features armchairs, flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a Bluetooth speaker.
A Super-king bed (can be split into two singles if required) faces out to sea through a large picture window. Quality linen, bathrobes and beach towels are provided
A tiled, en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, bathroom heater, Egyptian cotton bath towels and locally produced artisan toiletries.
Outdoor space is generous, with a 16 square metre deck (terrace) at the front facing out to the beach, equipped with quality wooden outdoor dining furniture and a sun umbrella. Ample lawn space at the front is furnished with cushioned sun loungers. A pathway leads from The Studio lawn down to the sandy beach.
Tea & coffee facilities include a fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and glassware. Milk, a selection of teas and freshly ground organic, fair trade coffee are provided and replenished daily or as required

The Studio is available when our villas are fully booked or if you have a 3rd or 4th person in your party. If you are unable to book a villa for the time you wish to stay or have extra guests please contact us to see if the Studio is available
