45 square metres (484 square feet) of indoor living space plus a 20 square metre ocean-facing balcony, a private outdoor garden courtyard and at least 200 square meters of private lawn

Our two Garden Villas are approximately 80 metres from the beach. Each villa has its own lush lawn and garden. A clear, spring-fed stream flows between them and is landscaped to provide privacy. Both are slightly elevated for a view of the sea

The Studio
Just 30 metres from the beach with stunning sea views over Golden Bay and a private entrance, the Studio is a purpose-built, accessible addition to our home. The Studio is available by request only for anyone requiring accessible facilities or if you have a 3rd person in your party. If this is the case, please contact us to see if the Studio is available
